Scaffolding
Scaffoldings are construction aids, used for the temporary support of buildings until an adequate tonnage capacity is warranted through the hardening of the concrete. The scaffolding thus serves as the load-bearing surface for the formwork. It consists of steel girders running in longitudinal direction, which are carried on cross girders. The load transfer into the foundation is carried out through our “SK-2000” column elements. The altitude of the scaffolding is fine-tuned through lowering wedges which are also used during the disassembly process to guarantee site clearance for the formwork.
Scaffolding via steel profiles
Our most known type of scaffolding is the conventional, ground-supported scaffolding which is realized through HEB-steel profiles.
With our modular construction technique, we are also able to execute bridges with wide span lengths.
This form of scaffolding distinguishes itself through flexibility as well as short assembly and disassembly times.
Scaffolding via truss girders
Another form of the conventional, ground-supported scaffolding is the execution of longitudinal girders via truss girders.
Truss girders consist of a top and bottom chord as well as diagonal und vertical stakes. They are unusually slim in comparison to their length.
Through the formation of closed power triangles in the truss girders, a high carrying capacity can be reached, as well as low bending of the elements.
This aids in achieving wider span lengths than what could be reached through conventional longitudinal girders.
Scaffolding via consoles
Sometimes a conventional execution of the ground-supported scaffolding is not possible. In this case a scaffolding can be conducted through wall consoles or hanging ones. They are either attached to the bearings or fixed in the concrete through prestressed anchors. After they are secured the cross and longitudinal girders can be placed onto them.
Auxiliary support
For the system building construction of bridges, we offer auxiliary support. Whether it is for the levy of composite bridges or as an auxiliary construction in the industrial facility – our heavy-duty props are versatilely applicable for the load transferring.
Safety enclosure
To guarantee safe and efficient working over waterbodies, foot- and cycle paths or rail areas, we use safety enclosures which shield from falling construction components.
Temporary bridges
Our modular construction technique is suitable for the manufacturing of temporary bridges of all kinds.
Following the building of the carrying platform via longitudinal girders, the road surface can be executed, for example via prefab disks or excavator support mats.
Formwork
Thanks to our close cooperation with formwork suppliers, we can provide the complete planning of the formwork structure via nail plate trusses for bridges.
Hydraulic solutions
Our options are not limited to the scaffolding. Another construction method for bridges is through liftings and lowering’s.
To maintain the structure gauge over roads or rivers, the superstructure sometimes needs to be built inflated.
In such cases our hydraulic system allows us to lower the structure.
Our hydraulic components also provide use as an expansion of our auxiliary support in cases of restructuring of pillars or bearing replacements. The superstructure is pressed upwards to ensure that the construction component is free of weight.
Through our hydraulic devices we are also able to slide scaffoldings into the next construction sections.
Engineering
Due to our own engineering department, we can coordinate and work out specifications and special solutions very quickly.
